What documents are needed for verification?

To ensure a smooth gaming experience and clear any future payouts without technical delays, your account needs to be verified. Preparing the right documents in the correct format takes less than 5 minutes and saves you a lot of time later.

Here is the complete guide on what documents are required and how to submit them successfully on the first try.

1. Proof of Identity (POI)

This document is required to confirm your full name, date of birth, and identity.

Accepted documents:

National ID Card (both sides)
International Passport (biodata page)
Residence Permit (both sides)

⚠️ Key requirements for POI:

Validity: The document must be valid for at least 3 months before its official expiry date.
Condition: The document must not be damaged, stained, or blurry. All text must be perfectly readable.
Full Capture: When taking a photo, make sure all 4 corners of the document are fully visible in the frame. Do not crop the image or cover any data with your fingers.
No Screenshots: We only accept original high-resolution photos. Digital screenshots of documents will be automatically rejected.

2. Your Selfie with POI

We need to verify that the document belongs to you.

Take a selfie holding your chosen identity document right next to your face.
Crucial: Your face must be clearly visible, and the text/photo on the ID card or passport must remain perfectly sharp and readable in the selfie. If the document in your hand is blurry, the system will reject it.

3. Proof of Payment (POP)

This confirms that the payment methods used to deposit funds belong strictly to you.

What to provide:

A PDF file of your official Bank Statement.
What must be visible: Your full name, your bank account/card number, and the specific transaction(s) showing deposits made from your bank to our website.

4. Proof of Address (POA) — Required for Canada only

If you are playing from Canada, we are legally required to confirm your residential address.

Accepted documents:

Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) printed on an official form.
Official bank statements showing your physical address.

⚠️ Rules for POA:

Must contain your full name (matching your ID), your current residential address, and the date of issue.
Must be issued within the last 3 months.
You must provide a photo/scan of the whole document. Truncated files, cropped pieces, or sections will not be accepted by our regulators.
What we strictly DO NOT accept: ❌ Envelopes or shipping labels/stickers on parcels as proof of address. ❌ Mobile phone bills or prepaid card invoices. ❌ Insurance documents, medical prescriptions, recipes, checks, or corporate/legal entity addresses. ❌ Addresses belonging to relatives if your name is not on the bill.

To avoid having your submission declined and to save yourself from waiting, make sure your photos don't have these common issues:

Poor resolution: The image is grainy, dark, or out of focus.
Cropped edges: One or more corners of the document are cut off by the frame.
Glare: Flash or room light reflects off the plastic, making numbers or text unreadable.
Expiration: The document expires in less than 3 months.
Reusing the same document: If your address is stated inside your passport, you cannot use that same passport for both Identity (POI) and Address (POA) checks. Please use a different document (e.g., a Driver’s License for POI and a Bank Statement for POA).
