Help CenterHere's a simple guide to help you get your sports welcome bonus:
Step 1: Opt-In: Head to the Promotions section and choose your desired bonus, either the sports bonus or the casino bonus. Remember, if you haven't opted in, the bonus won't be available.
Step 2: Bonus Activation: Once you've opted in, you have 24 hours to make a deposit; otherwise, the bonus will be automatically revoked. To qualify for the Sports welcome bonus, make a deposit of at least 300 INR. You can learn more about how to make a deposit.
Step 3: Once your deposit is complete, the bonus will appear in your "BetSlip" section in Sportbooks page. You can activate it and your Welcome Freebet is ready to use.
If you find that you haven't received the bonus, please consider the following steps:
- Ensure that no more than 7 days have passed since you registered, as this bonus is only available during this initial period.
- Make sure to OPT-IN the bonus before making the deposit.
- Confirm that your deposit meets or exceeds 300 INR, which is the minimum requirement for receiving the welcome bonus.
If you've met these conditions and still haven't received your bonus, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Live Chat support for further assistance.
