I haven’t received a bonus

Please check if you met all the requirements for receiving the bonus, for example minimum deposit. How to check?

1. Open “Promotions” tab;
2. Find the bonus you wanted to activate;
3. Click on “i” letter in the right upper corner (have a look at the screenshot👇) 

Make sure that every time before activating the bonus, you OPTED-IN the bonus.

Bonus Activation: Once you've opted in, you have 24 hours to make a deposit; otherwise, the bonus will be automatically revoked.

Exclusive Bonus: You can only opt in for one bonus at a time. If you want a different bonus, opt out first and then choose a new one before depositing.
